C Blasen Doors

Very happy with Wayne at C Blasen Doors. One of my two springs broke on the garage door and he came out the next day to take care of it. He replaced both springs at a fair price. He also tuned up the door a bit. I had also been having an issue with one of the light sockets on the opener. I asked him to look at it and he was able to fix it which saved me lots of money over replacing the whole thing. I've used Wayne in the past and I'd definitely use him again in the future.

Friendly, personable, quick and clean. Very happy.

Wayne arrived on time and had the entire job finished within a couple of hours. I found the price fair.

Wayne answered his cell phone the first time I called and arrived 6 hours later ready to install a new spring. I have a heavy wood garage door and after listening to Wayne explain the options I chose to have a stronger spring installed. Wayne came back the next morning just when he said he would, called first to let us know he was coming, and did a quality, thorough job replacing the springs, including inspecting and adjusting the garage door opener to make sure everything worked correctly. I would recommend Wayne and will call him again in the future if I need work done on my garage door.

He does a great job. The doors are great. He will come out on 24 hours call but those are extra. He is very polite and nice. I purchased the garage door from them 5 yrs ago and have had no problem.

I called him and luckily he was able to go there within the hour! I am impressed with his responsiveness and will definitely be calling on him in the future.

I called Mr. Blasen on Sunday afternoon to discuss the malfunctioning of my garage door. Over the phone he provided a couple of ballpark quotes for potential replacement of the garage door opener (range of $400-$450). I was impressed that I was able to communicate with Mr. Blasen on the weekend, even though his shop was not and quot;open.and quot; We scheduled an appointment for Monday morning around 11:00.
On Monday Mr. Blasen arrived a little bit ahead of schedule, which was great. He immediately diagnosed the problem as broken springs. He stated the garage door opener was still functional. The only issue with the opener was lack of illumination due to poor contact with the lightbulb filaments. We agreed that this minor problem did not justify a replacement.
In about 45 minutes' time, Mr. Blasen replaced the broken springs and did some maintenance, such as tightening the chain and lubricating. He installed two new lightbulbs and tested the unit for proper operation.
After he left I noticed that one of the bulbs was still burning but the other was not. This is a longstanding issue with an opener that is several years old and out of warranty. In the future I will replace the opener, but I am happy for now that at least one bulb lights up.
So I was very happy with this first appointment. I appreciated the responsiveness to my call, the quick appointment scheduling, the prompt arrival, and his honesty in making a proper evaluation that saved me unnecessary expenses. I will plan to contact Mr. Blasen for future garage door services.

I wanted a new keypad for the garage door, the old one stopped working. Turns out the reason was the ancient garage door opener needed to be replaced. Blasen talked to me about the work, then set a date for the work that was conventient, also: Arrived promptly, did the work in a quality manner, and showed me how to use it when done. I'd talked to a family member about the cost and he said it was more than reasonable.

He did a GREAT JOB! Door functions better than before the spring broke and is operating much quieter and smoothly now. I am saving his number for any future issues and refer to family and friends in need of this service.

I called several companies, Wayne was the most helpful of all the calls I made today, the fastest and the friendliest! He came out the same day and performed the task. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. I can't think of anything he could have done better. Thanks Wayne!

They came out within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and provided a quote. Gentleman was professional and seemed honest so we just went with him. He installed a new spring and then took the time to do a complete maintenance check on the broken door and the second garage door as well. In all it took about 45 minutes.

My garage door spring broke on the 4th of July, so I called C Blasen. Even though they weren't officially open due to the holiday, the owner picked up the phone anyway and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning.
That morning, the owner showed up on time, promptly replaced both springs in less than 45 minutes, and we were done. The work was done quickly at the standard price for this kind of work. The owner was nice and knew what he was doing. I would use this company again.

Easy appointment set up, friendly staff, excellent service. Haven't had a single problem since installation. Wouldn't call anyone else!

Mr. Blasen was very prompt and professional, arriving with the seal, ready to do the job. When he found out we needed a different size, he returned the next day (a Saturday), fitting us into his packed schedule, and completed the job. The material he used was of a much better quality than our original seal--solid and flexible instead of hollow plastic. We really appreciated his courtesy and efficiency, despite this being a small job for him. We will definitely be calling his company when we replace our door down the road.

It couldn't have worked out better. He was prompt, courteous, professional and talented. The new doors look great! Was pleased that I was not forced to replace aging garage door openers as, like some humans, are old but still work.

Late on a Friday afternoon I called C Blasen Doors to come replace the two springs that had broken on my garage door. Wayne came out first thing the next day, a Saturday morning to take care of it. He was on time, and quickly went to work, and had the repair finished quickly. He even did a little tune up on the opener, applying some grease to quiet down the operation, and helped me fix a non-working light socket on the opener. All at no extra charge. I was very happy with the work performed.

When the torsion spring broke, I immediately searched through Angie's list to look for a reliable company to replace it.
Found C Blasen Doors and was impressed with all the reports.
I called Wayne today 2/6/12 at 1:30PM to get an estimate and after he answered few questions, I hired him
I was really impressed when he arrived within 20 minutes.
That's what you call and quot;good serviceand quot; !!!!

Wayne changed both torsion springs.
As an added bonus, he also checked all rollers, cables and adjusted the loose chain of my garage door opener.
He was finished after 1 hr and 15 min. I was very happy with his service. He did a great job!!
Overall, I am a happy, satisfied client. Thanks Wayne, you're a life saver!!!

It went as good as could be expected

The gentleman that I talked to on the phone was the same one that worked on my garage door. He did a thorough job and I could not have been happier. He not only fixed my garage door within a couple of hours of calling him, he tuned up my other garage door at no cost. On the phone he gave me a service call price and an estimate as to what he thought was the material cost for the repair. He was spot on estimate to final bill. I like when the final bill has no surprises.

They were okay. I think most of this service is overpriced. He was supposed to call me before he got there so I could meet him there, but he got there before me. The renter had to call me to tell me that the crew was there. I wasn't happy that he got there before me, especially with a crew of people.

It went fine, the service was good. He was very efficient, and nice. His work was neat. He knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend them.
