Bernard has a wealth of financial knowledge and insight. He gave thoughtful advice and helped us structure our property purchase in a way that benefitted our unique situation. Bernard is also very easy to talk to. He was patient answering easy questions and good-natured when we tackled harder ones.
He was truly an incredible asset in this seller?s market, where timing is everything. Thanks to Bernard's diligence and responsiveness, we were able to present a mortgage pre-approval letter, after-hours, customized to the property we wished to purchase.
Bernard was really fantastic all the way through the mortgage application, approval and rate-lock process. If we find ourselves in need of another mortgage, we would call him again in a heartbeat!
