Do not hire this guy under any circumstances. He has no idea about structure, plumbing, electrical, drywall or finish carpentry. He always showed up late to the job or not at all. I had to run his crew for him and keep them busy. He constantly nagged me for advances. He always had some sort of sob story about his kids and bad partners etc. He suckered me into giving him a loan which he never repaid. I gave him the opportunity to work it off. Wouldn't do that either. He constantly fought with his crew. They always complained about him not paying them. The work he performed by himself was horrible. I had him put on trim and it looks like it was attached with an AK47.
The work was shoddy at best. Hired 2 different drywall guys and then I had to pay them above and beyond the contract. He is all over Ripoff report. He constantly is moving to stay ahead of the law.
