All About Blinds

This business is exceptional and goes well "above and beyond" in providing outstanding personal customer service. I ordered custom electric blinds that cost over $5,000 as I have several huge windows running along the entire front of my home. Debbie is the owner and could not have been more attentive and professional. She personally visited my home and presented several options that would best suit my needs. I ordered a great set of blinds and she had her installers put them up. There was a product problem with one of the motors from the manufacturer and she corrected this issue and did great follow-up with me to ensure I was totally pleased. This problem came AFTER I had already paid for the blinds, but she handled it like a true professional and sent her installers out on a few separate visits until the blinds were absolutely perfect. Debbie has exceptional communication skills and truly cares about her clients. I feel so lucky to have found her as she was the BEST. I will refer her to friends and family members as she continued to provide exemplary service until I was 110% satisfied. I sure wish all companies would be as efficient, friendly and detail oriented as Debbie. My experience with her was nothing short of incredible and would definitely recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for quality blinds and quality workmanship and personal service. I called them for an estimate on April 1st and they came out the same day and gave me the estimate before they left. They explained to me what they would do. I accepted their bid and he told me it would be about 3 weeks before they came in. In exactly 3 weeks he called me and told me they were in and if we were going to be home they would be out in about 1 hour to install the shutters. In 1 hour they showed up and installed the 3 plantation shutters in about 1 hour. About 4 days later I received a Thank You card from them.
