Both the brothers were very professional and did the job in a timely manner . Very pleased with their service .

Due to the extreme cold this week, Jason couldn't replace the windshield outdoors so I took the car to his shop. It took about an hour. He found some rust around the perimeter of the sheet metal that he ground down and sealed it (at no additional cost to me) before he installed the glass. I was very pleased with the final result. About a week later, the top piece of weatherstripping came loose (not their fault). Joseph made arrangements with me to stop by the shop (again, due to severe cold) and solved the problem. No charge. Both Jason and Joseph truly want to please their customers and do a top notch, quality job. They are often loaded to their eyeballs with jobs but somehow manage to find the time to go above and beyond to please the customer. This is the second car I've had them replace a windshield in and I will not hesitate to call them in the future for any auto glass needs. Well done, gentlemen!

I must say not only did this company do a great job getting the assembly together in 1 day, but when I picked up the car Jason explained that the rear glass shattered while at his shop and he replaced with a NEW OEM glass. He did this at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE and refused to accept any additional monies that I offered to contribute. He also replaced a bad torn drivers outside window seal at a very fair price. As the shop is located in a industrial park, I never would have found this company without Angieslist, but I am glad that I did, and I would recommend them to anyone what wants courteous, prompt service at a fair price. No wonder they won an award from Angieslist.

Their service was top notch. We had scheduling conflicts and they were very accommodating. They came to my house to do the replacement and went the extra mile to help me with some scrapes on my bumper from careless drivers. I recommend them without reservation!

Jason was able to schedule me for the following day. He and Joseph were extremely professional from start to end and were very pleasant and informative as they allowed my wife and me to watch them perform the job. We shared stories and experiences that convinced me that I had made the absolute correct choice having him do the job. He is truly concerned with fully pleasing the customer and it shows in the impeccable details of his work, a trait rarely seen in big businesses these days. I would definitely support him as a small business owner and refer him whole heartedly to others for a job done properly at a very reasonable price. He will be my first choice when I have a need for glass repair in the future.

We were very pleased with Jason's service.  He was able to get us on his schedule within 2 days, and willing to do the work in the driveway at our home.  His price was very fair, especially for the front door service.  He arrived within the time frame he had given, and got right to work with his partner.  They were quick and efficient, but also very conscientious about the quality of their work.   They pointed out some problems that were left behind from the previous windshield we had installed by a well-know company, who incidentally did not get good reviews on Angie's List.  Being a small business owner myself, I could tell that Jason takes his business seriously and wants to make a good impression with his customers.  He certainly did this.  I would definitely use him again.

They took about an hour, which they had stated, I took a walk to a cafe, had breakfast, walked back amd Truck was ready. Clean, proffesional job job,  paid detuctible and I was on my way.. Both Joseph and Jason were friendly and professional. Highly recomend.

The windshield was replaced quickly and efficiently- both times. When Jason came out to replace the windshield, he did a great job. He called me out to point out that the company that had replaced it several years back had cut some corners, using caulk in lieu of replacing mullions. I was very confident that he knows his business. When he finished the repair and was doing a final cleaning of the glass, he realized that there was a small flaw in the glass. He was very zen when he said that he would come out the following week to do the whole job again with a new windshield. I was super impressed by his and quot;do the job rightand quot; mentality, especially considering it was going to require them lose money by coming out and doing the same job again at no cost to me.

The guys arrived on time. They were both very knowledgeable and replaced my cracked windshield in about 40 minutes. They use the best adhesive and it will be cured in about an hour. I was impressed with their quality of work and would definitely refer them to my friends and family. At first I thought having the windshield replace would cost a small fortune, so I was happy to find out what the cost was.

I went on angies list to find a glass place to replace my windshield. ADVANCED AUTO GLASS had great reviews so i called them
JASON called me back immediately to set up an appointment. i went to shop was greeted by mechanic who looked at my windshield and told me if the crack was lower or more to the side i could get away not replacing but the crack i have is in the middle and suggested replacement. then he informed me that my particular windshield was quite expensive which i already knew
so i said replace it. It took about an hour they did a great job.I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANCED AUTO GLASS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS GLASS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. I WISH MORE BUSINESS OWNERS WERE LIKE JASON .

The brutal 2013-2014 Chicago winter left me with a 8and quot; crack and a number of rock chips in the windshield of my 2006 VW Passat. After putting it off for months, I gave Advanced Auto Glass a call on a Friday afternoon and they were out replacing my windshield the following Monday! Jason was quick to answer and was able to provide an estimate over the phone. Having already priced out a windshield replacement with Safelite, the quote was more than reasonable. He promised to give me a call back later in the day to schedule an appointment, and came through with a follow up call once he was back in the office. I make note this as, in my experiences as of late, getting a timely (or any) return call from most service providers has become somewhat of a rarity. Living in the NW Suburbs but working in the Loop generally complicates getting any service done on the car, but they were able to come out to the Metra station to do the work (and were willing to take it back to their shop in case of rain). I simply dropped my spare key in their overnight box on my way to the train, and came back to a car with a new windshield. If only everything were this easy! They also thoroughly documented any preexisting issues (the previous owner of the car had the windshield replaced by someone who used far too much adhesive), and then took the time to clean up as much as they could. All in all, I'd certainly recommend Advanced Auto Glass, and I'd use them again without hesitation.

Contacted company on Messaging system via AL late at night, well after close, and received a response and quote in minutes. Jason and partner came out to my work location within 36 hours and replaced my windshield in under 30 mins. Very friendly, quick, and good workmanship. Would highly recommend.

How did it go? Fantastic! From the first inquiry Jason, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. Basically diagnosed my situation over the phone and provided possible solutions at a very fair price. Fit me in on short notice and his brother Joe, a Marine and a trained aircraft mechanic, completed the repair in 20 minutes so I knew I was in good hands! Great service, fair price, professional. If you are anywhere near Schaumburg, use Advanced Auto Glass. I researched some other vendors such as Safelite, much more expensive and not nearly as helpful. Thanks Jason and Joe, Semper FI!

I HAD CALLED A COUPLE OTHER PLACES FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD ON MY CAR. WHEN I CALLED ADVANCED AUTO GLASS, I SPOKE WITH JASON AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE RIGHT AWAY WHICH WAS MUCH MORE REASONABLE THAN THE OTHERS. BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO THEIR SHOP. MY CAR GOT TAKEN IN PROMPTLY AND WAS READY WHEN I CAME BACK 1 HOUR LATER. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANCED AUTO GLASS TO ANYONE WHO NEED GLASS FOR THEIR CAR. THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AND ARE GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Jason has owned the business for several years. I love working with the actual owner. He's in this for the long haul and is very professional and thorough. I would say meticulous.
Confident in the quality of the windshield replacement. He informed me that you always want 2 people to lay the windshield, as the method using 1 person results in poorer quality seals as the windshield is difficult to place on your own.
