Adamot Construction, Inc

I received Adamot's name and number from a friend who had used them in the past for remodeling. I had a phone conversation with Tom from Adamot and discussed what I wanted done in the basement and we set a date for him to check out the basement and provide an estimate. Tom came to view the basement we discussed what I wanted in the basement, what kind of layout I had in mind. Tom was able to give me some price estimates, and we discussed types of material I had in mind for the flooring and kitchen area. During our discussion Tom gave me some options on how I could save costs on materials for certain areas of the basement and where I didn't mind spending more and where I wanted to cut some costs. Tom came back the next day and took measurements of the basement. About 3 days later he sent me 3 design options for the basement and estimates with each design. I choose one of Tom's designs and we signed a contract. Tom said the remodeling time would be about 6 weeks and they stayed within the timeframe. Tom and his team did a really great job of trying to keep all the construction mess and disturbance to just the basement. They covered the flooring in the upstairs that led to the basement, and just really attempted to make it so the rest of the house wasn't disturbed during the time they were working. They were very clean, and swept each day before leaving. I am very pleased with the outcome of the basement. We put in a small kitchen with appliances, a small powder room, and I have much more storage pace now. I really appreciated that Tom was able to come up with some really great design options in addition to doing the actual remodeling work. The quality exceeded my expectations and my family is enjoying the basement.
