IN RESPONSE TO LETTER. WE NEVER WERE GIVEN A NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. WE DID TRY CALLING THE OFFICE BUT GOT A BUSY SIGNAL AND A MSG WAS THEN LEFT AT BONNIES HOME NUMBER. WE BELIEVE MONEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED FOR THE NEW FLOWERS THAT WERE NEEDED IN THE AMT OF 575. ALSO CHURCH FLOWERS WERE PROMISED FOR PEWS AND WERE NEVER DELIVERED.
Description of Work: WEDDING DAY FLOWERS FOR DAUGHTERS WEDDING. FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED THE DAY OF THE WEDDING ON TIME BUT IN VERY POOR CONDITION. THE DELIVERY PERSON ONLY HAD MOTHER SIGN FOR FLOWERS NEVER OPENED THEM TO SHOW. AFTER SHE LEFT AND FLOWERS WERE OPENED THEN WE NOTICED THE STATE OF THE FLOWERS AND PROMPTLY CALLED THE OFFICE TO ADVISE. LINE WAS BUSY FOR OVER 2 HRS. WE NEEDED TO GO TO ANOTHER FLORIST AND PURCHASE NEW BOUQUETS FOR ALL THE GIRLS. LETTER WAS SENT AND RESPONSE FROM CO WAS THEY HAD A ON CALL PERSON IF THEY WERE NEEDED.
