IN RESPONSE TO LETTER. WE NEVER WERE GIVEN A NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. WE DID TRY CALLING THE OFFICE BUT GOT A BUSY SIGNAL AND A MSG WAS THEN LEFT AT BONNIES HOME NUMBER. WE BELIEVE MONEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED FOR THE NEW FLOWERS THAT WERE NEEDED IN THE AMT OF 575. ALSO CHURCH FLOWERS WERE PROMISED FOR PEWS AND WERE NEVER DELIVERED.
