THEY CAME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TURNED OFF THE WATER. THEY CAME AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING, ON TIME, REPAIRED THE PIPE, PUMPED OUT THE BASEMENT, AND PUT IN A SUMP PUMP. THEY REFRESHED THE GRAVEL UNDER THE CRAWL SPACE, SOMETHING THAT I WASN'T EXPECTING. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND EVEN SHOWED ME THE BROKEN PIPE. THEY ALSO GAVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT WAS NEEDED. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT WAS A HIGH PRESSURED PITCH, BUT I KNEW THAT THEY COULD SELL THE ITEMS TO ME.
