OVERALL - Horrible company, horrible customer service. My complaint about the tech using the "N" word in my home was considered a "personality conflict" by the management. Mgt. stated that he can't "comp" us for anything because then he wouldn't be making any money!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!

This was set up by looking in the Clipper Magazine. We had called 2 other companies on Angie's List, left our name and phone number and they never called us back. They said they would arrive between 10am and noon. They showed up at 9am. Didn't call first. Showed up in a white, unmarked van. Never used shoe covers so they tracked in a lot of grass from the lawn that was mowed last night. They tracked grass into 2 bedrooms that have new white carpet in them. They went in each room and used a TORO Leaf VAX to BLOW into the vents for a few minutes. The room I was in, they didn't even take off the register. The big vacuum that was outside had holes in it, I wonder how much suction it had. They didn't use any brushes in the vents, just the leaf blower and suction. They asked us for a garbage bag. Guess they didn't have any. They sprayed anti bacterial spray into central air and turned the blower on for a few minutes. I guess I don't understand what they really did in terms of "cleaning" out the vents. I was under the impression there would be brushes involved. Next time we will be more careful in asking questions prior to the work being ordered. We got what we paid for, actually I think we paid a lot for what they did in 30 minutes.

I don t think it was as thorough of a job as I would have liked. They were cleaning one of the ducts and they broke out some of the plaster. I think they were sloppy and should have been more careful with certain things. The price though was very good. I guess it is true that you get what you pay for though.
