Child Care - Family/In Provider Home
Julie began watching my children in 2010 when my son was born. He was 4 weeks early and had reflux and a milk allergy. As a baby he was quite needy and Julie did great. Then in 2012 she began watching my daughter along with my son. With both of my children I chose to nurse for one year and pump while I was working. This was important to me and Julie not only encouraged me but helped me achieve this goal and worked with my wishes about when I wanted to start my children on solids.

- Julie has a good schedule and keeps the kids on routine. (but is flexible when needed)
- located just outside of Saybrook which means quite and safe
- My children love going to Julie's when the weather is nice they spend a lot of time playing outdoors.
- Very little (very rare) TV
- Indoor play helps build imagination
- Healthy meals
- Discipline system of time outs
- Very rarely needs to take a day off for illness or other reasons. When she does she gives plenty of advanced notice and provides names of trustworthy backup
- Does little activities for and with the kids (especially around a holiday.)
