"Amazing experience!" I recently purchased a new BMW from Champaign BMW. I have been a longtime client of the service department, which is second to none. During one of my visits with a previous BMW I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner Ben Quattrone. He is a great guy and made it a point to get to know me. When I decided to purchase a new BMW I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. My experience was first class all the way, even though there were a few hurdles with my trade in. Ben entrusted me to his sales manager Ken Moerdyk who also went above and beyond to help me. My sales advisor Charlie Lange was exceptional as well. He took the time to explain the process and then spent a lot of time educating me on my new BMW's features. To sum up my experience with these wonderful people... I highly recommend them for your next BMW or Honda purchase. You won't find a better group of people willing to help you as much as they did. I gained not only a new car, but friends along the way!

I went to this dealer with the exact car picked out that I wanted to buy, which I found online. The car was there as advertised, plus it was at an even better price due to a holiday sale. I generally try to find the most positive things to say about people, and I thought the salesman was pretty good. Not flashy, not slick, but nice. But both he and the finance person got some basic numbers wrong on my paperwork, twice. Maybe it was an honest mistake, but I didn't get the feeling that it was completely an accident. Of course they made it sound like it was. Either way, I did find the finance person rude, not only to me but to the salesman as well. I'm glad the salesman got the benefit of sale from me, but if you use this dealer please pay close attention to the numbers, especially when you're in the finance office.

I have been taking my Honda here for a few years, since I have two hondas. Let's see. For regular maintenance, they are way overpriced and I don't believe their work is any better than your average neighborhood mechanic, but costs way more. But when there is a real fix required (engine, transmission), I only trust these guys to correctly perform the fix on my Hondas.
The new management is less customer friendly in my opinion and more in the market to make money. Well, at least the quality of their service is still great, but the customer service has gone down a bit in my opinion compared to the previous team. Overall, I only take my cars here when I absolutely have to, but at those times there's no replacement for the official dealership.

I scheduled my appointment online, stating I wanted to wait for the vehicle while the software update was done. I got to the service center, and they had no idea that I planned on waiting for the car. They said that it would be about an hour, and seemed somewhat irritated that I planned on waiting for the car. This software update required the car to be plugged into a computer for 18 minutes (per the Honda recall notice). I waited about 54 minutes, during my 1 hour lunch break, so I was late getting back to work. Overall, I got my software updated, but I was extremely unhappy with the service. If I schedule an appointment and state I plan on waiting for the car, I should have an appointment slot so that I'm not waiting longer than I have to; I mean, that's why we schedule appointments, is it not?

It went very well, no high pressure sales, open to price negotiation based on other resellers prices in the area.
We purchased a 1998 Honda Civic HX which does 45 to 50 mi/gallon and that we still drive today (2013)

I have been using them for over 20 years and they are great. They are reliable and the work they do always sticks. They keep me up on my check ups and they are able to get me into appointments very quickly. I trust them to do a good job.
