Paint was splattered on carpeting and furniture, flooring was not covered prior to sanding and my personal vacuum was used (without my permission) to clean up the fine dust. I had requested that 2 coats of paint be used on all areas, however, only 1 coat was used and there are noticeable streaks in some areas. Some of the molding (behind furniture) is very sloppy. The coat closet and hallway linen closet were not painted on the inside (including shelves), even though I removed everything to save time.
I paid in advance to have new door handles installed (they were on back order) and Ed never returned to follow through. I left him several voice mail messages and sent him an email requesting that he complete all outstanding items. I have never heard back from him and would NEVER recommend TC Services or Ed to anyone for any reason. His lack of professionalism and attention to detail were inferior to any contractor I have ever worked with.
