It was great. We've used him several times. He is usually available to come out the same day. He's very punctual. It turned out there was another leak, he came out the next day and fixed it at no charge

The plummer found that a drain line in the basement did not have a proper down slope. He adjusted the pipe and it started to drain properly. I was pleased.
