+ -1 moreThey were behind schedule during most of the project. Some of the workers were experienced and qualified, others not. We still have some issues unresolved and the project was supposedly completed as of late July.
Description of Work: Cleary was responsible for building a new horse barn on our property. We have a number of complaints with the quality of the work, the many days when workers were due to arrive and did not, and most significantly, failing to properly install water pipes in the tack room. Because of the very poor plumbing work, the pipes in the heated tack room froze this January. Cleary did not respond to this emergency nor did their subcontractor plumber. We had to hire a plumber to respond to the emergency and that was a large expense. Cleary has refused to reimburse any of the $3900 in charges we incurred for a different plumber to fix the work done by Cleary's plumber. We offered to split the repair cost in a letter on Feb 8 but the company has not replied.
