Service was super fast David came out to our house right away and had all the parts to fix our GE refridgerator all in one trip!!!!!!

Dave inspected the appliances, determined the problems, researched the costs of the repairs. Advised against repairing the microwave and one of the refrigerators due to their age and cost of repairs. He did repair the other refrigerator and it has been working fine since then.

Dave is my go-to guy for all appliance repairs - period. So naturally I called him when our three-month old Bosch dishwasher was not running right. He let me know that, since it's under warranty, I'd need to call a Bosch authorized repair company. However, that didn't stop him from spending ten minutes with me on the phone asking questions and providing some ideas of things to try. After we hung up, he called me back with a few more thoughts that came to him. The next day he called me once more with another thought. He had checked with some peers of his that work on Bosch's regularly and also checked some technician forums to see what else he could dig up for me even though he knew he couldn't help me out on this job.
Prior to this, Dave has helped me out on 3-4 repairs. He is always reasonable and provides fixed-fees for work which I really appreciate. He does excellent work, is punctual, lets me know what options we have, is never in a hurry to dash off to his next job, and so on.
I would recommend Dave to anyone.
