I had a circuit breaker that continued to trip so rather than work in the dark I called Purcell to come change it. He called to tell me would be late and arrived around 8:30pm. He changed the breaker. He also explained that it might have to be split to two breakers if it continued to trip. He was very nice and professional.

I had lost power to three outlets in one room, and Carl tested each outlet, replaced the first one in the circuit and then retested the outlets. Problem solved. He also replaced two other outlets that had burn marks on them and tested them for safety's sake. The outlets he used were a little more heavy duty than the originals, so they should last longer. He explained everything as he did it and was friendly and comfortable to work with. I have already called this company to have some electrical work done on my garage.

The boss, Carl, came in and did everything for me and he found the problem right away. I liked what he did but I didn't like the helper he had at the time. I could trust Carl, he is very nice. I would use this company again. He also put my old lamp back up for me once he had fixed the problem.
