We explained our issues to him, and he quickly began assessing the situation. He attacked it with precision--no hemming and hawing--it was nice to see a professional work who really understood his job.
He approached the problem logically and methodically, and therefore quickly discovered and resolved the problems. In no time at all, all of our taps were working with full force and no leaks.
We asked him several questions during the service call, and he answered in such a way that we both understood what he was talking about, without once feeling like we were an annoyance.
