First off they were very professional. When they arrived, they told me how they would proceed with the install. Ray (the owner) discussed what would happen. His installers placed mats on the floor where they would be removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. Installers were very easy to deal with, any questions that I might have, they would answer without any problems. Install went great. Installation was neat and professional.
Overall I couldn't ask for anything better from the install.

I wouldn't call anyone else. I would give them As for everything. I would use them in the future.

I've used them twice in the past for services with my heat pump system. The first time, I brought in the squirrel cage blower in to their shop with a bad fan motor. They went out of their way to assist me in finding a replacement motor and spent a good amount of time mounting it and showing me the correct wiring (my old one wasn't correct).
After this, the fan quit on the outside unit. They came out quickly and repaired it. The bill for parts and labor was around $300. This turned out to be fairly cheap for me when the new motor also quit a couple months later and they came out and replaced it for free!
I also had them come out a quote me on a new system, but I think it'll be more cost effective to replace the double wide with a new one.
