Robert, the salesman, said that they would put a good heavy coat on the roof. They told me that I needed to pressure wash the roof before they could get started. I took two nights to get the roof cleaned. When they came to do the work I was not home so my brother and wife were there to watch their work. Jessie, the head painter, started getting very upset with my brother for pointing out the places that Jessie was missing on the roof. He got so frustrated that he went and sat in his truck and smoked while he had a kid finish the job. The job is patchy and there are places where the rust is still showing through. I have contacted the BBB, Attorney General and Sheriff's Department and none of them can do anything. After contacting the sheriff we did get a call back from the painters asking for our address. They claimed that they are not a “fly by night” company and would come back to fix it. I never heard from them since then.
Description of Work: I hired them to paint the roof on a 40'x60' building.
