One of the best contractors I have ever used. Came in at budget to start with, and his bid was not the highest. The work was high quality and Tim was there almost every day to ensure this. I am used to contractors postponing or arriving late. That was certainly not the case as did not have one delay. My job included many aspects beyond just the kitchen project we are on. The work on our doors was great. He designed an amazing change to our back door with amazing french style sliders. I had several others bid the door and they did not come up with a design that fit our space. I am using them again for my bathroom remodels and have recommended this contractor to others including my own family.

The work he did was top-notch. Tim is very organized and conscientious, with great attention to detail. He also got along well with our dogs!

It went great! On time and under budget!!

The project went great! Tim was super professional the entire time. He was always checking in on things almost daily and always responded quickly to our calls and issues. While he did do some work himself, he also used contractors, all of which were great. Everyone got along great, which made the project that much more enjoyable. I've had projects in past homes where contractors did not get along. Huge difference! Had some small issues during the process, but Tim was always there to explain or deal with things and always reached mutual agreement with no issues at all. Tim was really great to work with. We actually miss him working on our bathroom. The project is all done and looks great. All work done with very high quality. Price was exactly as originally quoted. Time frame was delayed about a week, but that was our choice, not Tim's fault. Wish we had the money right now to have Tim finish our basement. No doubt he is who we would hire.

Great! Tim was always punctual, and excellent about communicating when he would be at the house working, etc. He is very easy to talk to and had good ideas for how to handle the projects. He was unbelievably neat and organized, and never left the house in a mess at the end of the day. The quality of his work was exceptional.

If you've ever had a construction/remodel project, there are so many issues that can arise during the project. Every time Tim has been on top of things and has done what was necessary to fix the situation or work with his subcontractors to make sure all issues were being handled.

The quality of the workmanship was sub par. Things were not done per the plan, as if he didn't even read the plans. I have lived in the house for over 10 years now and it seem just about every year I find a hidden surprise (crappy shortcuts taken). For example, if I want to turn on the flood lights in the back of the house (I paid extra for these) I have to use the switch next to the front door? Why? Because he forgot to instal them during the construction phase, and had to drop them in at the last minute. I had to refinish most of my cabinets in the house because they were poorly stained and started to peel and crack. I could go on and on. Rather than do the job right, he took the easy, convenient way out. I would never use him to build anything for me.
