Joe is really good at designing and recommending the right ighting. The crew is just as fantastic. They are very professional. The explained evetything they are going to do. They are neat and their workmanship is second to none. They even showed up on time, unlike other companies. When the installers were finished they walked me through the completed job. Will use them,again and in my,opinion they are rated a 10. From design to completion they made it easy for me. They want the customer happy and I could not be happier. Outdoor Lighting Plan and Installation
As difficult as it may be, the need to redirect the lighting is a important part of the overall effect. I'm sure that the crew does the best they can during daytime hours but as a customer it was very difficult and time consuming to make these adjustments. Wish there was a way since the final result is entirely based on the settings of the illumination.

Just a quick follow-up to your comment above: Yes, we install the lights during the day but a free return visit for any night-time settings and adjustments is included as part of the project, by customer request, after the lighting is originally installed. We apologize for any confusion but the customer does not need to make lighting adjustments at night unless they choose to do so on their own without our help. this is a true profesional company. Last year after a huge outdoor project the co that put in a pole light was terrible within a year the concrete was crumbling and the light was leaning.Nick who repaired the light said the inner concrete was crumbling all through the cement I was not to surprised. Nick took less than 2 hr to put in a total new post . The work came in way under estimate. We had estimates that came over $500 to &700 Joe is wonderful to work with I would highly recommend them to anyone I would give them a 15 Nick even but the grass back around the pole I am amazed Thank you for the great work

I would highly recommend this company. They were timely, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Work had to be done around existing plantings and there was no damage to any of my plantings and the work was completed very quickly. A most pleasant experience!

I hired The Illuminators to help repair my outdoor lighting problem. Rich Sisco of The Illuminators showed up on time and immediately went to the source of the problems I have been having with my back yard lighting. He was cordial, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He seemed to know exactly what needed to be done to troubleshoot the problem and then went on to correct the issue in a timely fashion. I will be recommending this company in general and Rich Sisco personally to all my neighbors, friends and relatives that ask about our outdoor lighting.

A very good experience all the way around. These are two brothers who have been doing this for quite a while. They have a smooth operation, pleasant and cooperative. Despite cold weather, they got the job done before the ground froze. The property is visually enhanced to exceed expectations.
