+ -1 moreWe now want to re-do the landscaping and found them to be totally unresponsive. Over a period of three weeks we made 4 phone calls and sent two emails to them to arrange for a quote. I talked to a person named Caitlin at each of the calls ( there was an additional voice mail message left) and one email. At every contact Caitlin promised to have a sales rep. call me ( the last call was on Thursday, July 16th) but we have not had any response from them.
Description of Work: Ten years age they provided planning and planting shrubs for us Work them was great.
