They came back out to pick up the two additional cages that they dropped off. They were very nice and took care of everything. I will definitely call them again.

They responded right away when I called. They came out to pick up the cage and release the woodchuck. They were very gentle with the woodchuck and it turned out better than I thought. Very well. He trapped a mouse and took it away to be released in the wild. We chose this provider because he took the time to save the animals and not kill them. He was a kind professional who knew what to do and didn't waste time. Speaking of time, he returned our call promptly and showed up on time. We will contact him again when we have an animal problem.

I was not pleased with their service. He did not believe the squirrel was still in there so he said he would put that thing on so the squirrel can't get back in and the problem is solved. Two days later, I was still hearing noises in my attic and when I called to say I was hearing noises and something was still up there and they did not fix this, he did not believe me or take my concern seriously. He was not willing to address them. We knew what the noises were and then the noises came back so we knew what it was and he was telling me it was not possible. I was not pleased at all. There was another issue too where he had said he was going to come back to do something to check what he installed and check for signs of entry. It was never clear that he came back and did what he said he was going to do. He was not responsive and did not take my concern seriously. I called a second provider and he came and all it took was 2 minutes upstairs in my attic and there it was the dead squirrel. Whatever he put up there was fine because I had the other guy check it and it was adequate, but we called them because we knew there was a squirrel in there and we needed it out, and he didn't do that. He told us he believed it had gotten out. That was not what happened. The squirrel was never gone, it was not dead. I heard it running around. He was saying there was no way it was still alive, and then it died and the second guy found the dead squirrel. The first time we called him, he did come out quickly but with the follow up, he was not responsive.

Brad is always great with the animals, is very responsive when we call. We've had him remove MULTIPLE animals over the past few months.

It went great! I left a message in the morning and received a call back in about half an hour. Brad was nice and informed me of when he could make it out to look at my attic. He arrived at the beginning of the window and after accessing the situation, gave me the option of handling the tiny varmints myself or paying him to do it. He was very honest and knowledgeable.

Brad was great. As usual, he was responsive to our need. We had the motherload of skunks running through our backyard. We thought they were under our deck but it turned out to be pesky possums. He had to make several trips out over the next couple months to remove them, including one on the day of the Super Bowl during a blizzard (so the possum wouldn't be trapped out in it). I also called him today as we had a dead squirrel on our deck. He is always responsive, professional and compassionate with the animals. Thanks Brad!

They came out, did a nice set up, but we never caught anything. Whatever was there must have been spooked away. The guy who came out was really nice.

They were really good.  They came promptly to check the traps when I called them.  Their price was reasonable too.

Left a message. Brad returned the call and came out within an hour. He pumped a powder in and on the hive to get rid of the hornets. He said the hornets would be gone by the next day, which they were.

On Labor Day weekend I was taking down a tree which, unknown to me, had a nest of "Bald Faced Paper Hornets" in it. The nest was the size of a football. I called Suburban Wildlife and left a message. Brad returned my call Labor Day morning and I told him the situation. He came out the next morning and sprayed and "neutralized" the hornets and nest. I thank Brad for his understanding and prompt service and reasonable cost. He explained to me this type of hornet is the most vicious he ever has to face.

Brad came out the next day and set 2 traps near possible points of entry on appprox. 3/31/14. On the morning of 4/5/14 a raccoon was in one of the traps. Brad promply came out to remove it and reset the trap. On 4/6/14 another raccoon was caught. We decided to leave the traps in place for another couple of weeks to be sure we were in the clear. An opossum was in the trap on 4/10 with another opossum caught on 4/16/14. Brad suggested leaving the traps another week to be sure. He returned on 4/21/14 to remove the traps. We were extremely pleased with Brad's promptness and professionalism. We would not hesitate to use him in the future.
