ON TIME, FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK AT A GOOD PRICE. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, BUT WE NEVER COULD GET A RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT FOR HIS WORK. HE DIDN'T HAVE HIS RECEIPT BOOK WITH HIM ON HIS LAST WORK DAY AND SAID HE WOULD DROP IT OFF. WE CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES OVER A 3 WEEK PERIOD WITH NO RESPONSE. NOT USUALLY A BIG DEAL, BUT WE NEEDED THE RECEIPT FOR AN INSURANCE CLAIM.
