Shark was prompt, available same day, removed and carried away old heater.  He took the time to remove appliance to access heater without concern and did a clean and efficient job.  Good price and quality work

I called Shark Heating & Air late this afternoon with an emergency.  Even though it was after 4pm, Marc Sonkin responded immediately to my call.  I explained that I had no hot water and needed my water heater repaired or replaced, as soon as possible, in order to be able to remain in my home with my child. 
He was so sympathetic and responsive.  He came to my home immediately and found that the problem was one he was familiar with.  It was obvious that he was very experienced with the quirks/problems with these new water heaters.  And because of his quick responsiveness, I  had the option of staying in my home with my child instead of being forced to pay the expense of a hotel.  And his rate was reasonable.  I will definitely be calling Shark whenever I need heating or a/c help in the future.
