What can I say about this company. They did what they said they would for the budget that was quoted. They cleaned up and were completely professional. Hire this company and enjoy.

It went very well. They were punctual and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great. I would recommend them to others.

Great experience start to finish. We called them last minute to do our roof before the weather got too bad. We were working around a trip and Thanksgiving and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The work was completed in exactly the time frame they promised. The crew they sent to do the work was quick, efficient, and left the area spotless.

Steve the owner came out to go over a few options and with his experience we came up with a contract and had the roof installed. His crews were very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WENT GREAT! FROM START TO FINISH I HAD SOMEONE THAT I COULD COUNT ON. THE PROFESSIONALS FROM MIDWEST ROOFERS WERE EASY TO CONTACT AND WERE PUNCTUAL AT ALL TIMES, FROM IT CAME TO GETTING THE JOB QUOTED TO THE ACTUAL WORK GETTING DONE. THEY ALWAYS LEFT A CLEAN JOB SITE (UNLIKE OTHER TRADES I WORKED WITH) AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND MIDWEST ROOFERS TO ANYONE WITH A ROOFING PROJECT.

I called Midwest Roofers to give me an estimate. They showed up the next day and gave me a computer generated proposal on site. Most of the contractors I called either did not show up or mailed me the proposal. Based on this level of service and the fact that they showed up on time, made me use them. I would recommend anyone to use Midwest Roofers.

They were supposed to come on a Wednesday - So I took off from work and no one showed. I called and they said they we coming out that Friday. Some did show and looked at the roof. They said that they weren't that familiar with Cedar roofs and would have to come back with someone more experienced. I never saw them again.

They started doing the work right before it rained, so they did it really fast and it didn't really work out. But they came back the next day and redid it, which was great! They did the work quickly, and they was great!

They started and they competed the work in the time frame they gave us. They did very high quality work. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future. I feel their pricing was very fair.

Steve and his crew were prompt and professional in their completion of the required work. We are very pleased with the level of competence and work ethic. We will call Steve in the future for any roof problems.

Steve Case showed up at our door within a couple of hours of calling on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. His crew was at our house to perform the required work on Wednesday. Very quick and professional -- everything as stated.

I called Steve Case for an estimate on repairing my roof. He was at my home the next day, he diagnosed the problem immediately, he is very knowledgeable, explains the issue in detail so you understand what needs to be done. I showed him the damage to the porch ceiling and he was able to replace the ceiling as well. The work is superb, inside and out. Steve and his crew are courteous, honest, careful and clean up after the job. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone.

Called, had an estimate within a day or so. Came to do the work first day that weather allowed. Acted professional, cleaned up. The crew was very efficient. Steve called a week or so later to make sure all was good. That was great, but told him that I saw water come out from between the under layer and the shingle and he stated he'd send someone out the next day. Never saw the person come on out. 5 yr warranty, so will call him back later if problem arises-- most likely after the winter.

Stop looking; this is the company you want to do your roof! We took months to collect estimates and meet with roofing companies. Steve Case was by far the best choice we could have made. He is friendly, honest, competitively priced, and makes customer satisfaction a priority. And our roof looks great! He was able to start within a week of our initial meeting. His crew worked hard to complete the job in just over a day, and they did a great job of keeping the site clean as they worked. Many of our neighbors commented about how clean they were, and one neighbor hired them the next week to do their roof. When they job was all done, Steve came back to make sure everything was right and magnetically swept our yard for nails himself. At the first hint of any concerns we had, Steve was able to answer questions, offer suggestions and make sure we were satisfied. We will continue to recommend him to everyone, and we have already hired his company to do other projects in our home.

We had a leak in our living room ceiling, directly below the bay window roof on first floor. I emailed Steve late on Sunday night and the following morning he responded by email at 7 a.m, phoned us by 8 a.m and arrived at house by 10. Steve inspected the damage, explained the repairs needed and wrote the estimate. We wanted the work quickly and he supplied a team of three people to us within 4 hours. The roof was completed before my husband came home from work. Steve followed up that evening to check all the work, answer questions and our concerns. Just fantastic experience. The workers were very knowledgeable, worked fast, the results could not have been more impressive. Most of all though the speed of completion for this project was amazing to us. It was done in less than 24 hours from the time we emailed them about the leak. Call these guys. They do good work.

Everything went great. Steve came out gave me a price and then waited until my lawyer said I could get someone else to finish my garage. Steve kept in touch with me to see how things were going. After we got the ok to go ahead we found out about the hail damage. Steve came out to meet with the adjuster, which resulted in a new roof on the house. Tuesday morning Steve and his brother Ken showed up with a full crew and started on the roof. Steve himself did the plywood overlay to make sure it was done the way him and I talked. Ken was on the roof with the rest of the crew. If you were to drive by you would not have known that they were the owners. When I got home it looked as if they would not get finished that day, then I looked out the window and another crew of 5 showed up and they worked to 8:30 to get the job done. When they left that night you would have never known that they were even there. Everything was cleaned up and hauled off. Steve and Ken were great to deal with.

Ken Case and his crew showed up about 8-8:30 am and began immediately with the work. I was given the game plan for the day, the crew worked on one of the most windy days of the spring, took very few breaks and replaced my entire roof by 8:30 pm, including clean up. They worked hard and the owners, Steve and Ken Case, were very interested in keeping me satisfied. They stood behind their work with integrity and did everything I requested, including removing a HUGE bird nest from my attic, and removing a few tar/shingle marks on the siding. It was great to have this job done in a single day, and done with quality. Steve and Ken understand the importance of customer satisfaction and repeatedly followed up with me to make sure things were done to my satisfaction. They cleaned everything up and took extra care to make sure no staples/nails were left anywhere where they could do harm. Roof is tight as a drum, very pleased with the job.

It went well. They were one of the few contractors we called who actually responded.

Ken returned my phone calls quickly and he was able to answer all of my questions. The concerns I had about the roof caused me a lot of stress, but after speaking with Ken, he relieved all of my fears. I had called other roofers and had got an estimate. Out of the other roofers, only Midwest Roofers included everything in the quote as well as the cost for the permit to perform the work. Although they cost a little more money (approximately $50), I found the price completely justified considering the additional items I added to the list.

Steve was very professional from the first phone call & continued throughout the entire process, including clean-up. He had a quality control person in place to oversee entire installation. He completed the project within one day & the entire process within one week (from initial contact to clean up).
