It was spectacular! Once I contacted Chris, he managed the entire project, including interacting with my insurance company. The quality of the work is stellar! I get many comments of how nice everything looks. The icing on the cake was when Chris was able to match tile that's more than 30 yrs old - can't even tell where the new tile meets the old tile...FABULOUS! I can't say enough positive about this company. If you have damage don't even bother calling anyone else!

The damage was from a storm so it was an insurance claim. The guys at partners loss were top notch as far as walking us through the process. Once everything was approved by insurance they got all the work scheduled and done with zero delays and zero issues. I will defintely recommend partners loss to anyone i know.

Extremely happy with the level of service, professionalism and workmanship! Vito and Chris came to my home to assess the damage on both occasions. They went out of their way to assist with the insurance company and kept me informed during every step. They were very knowledgeable and clear on the process and what to expect next. The repair work was completed quickly by excellent crews, all of whom were very friendly and considerate of us and our neighbors. The craftsmanship was excellent! A very positive experience from start to finish.
