As the list shows, we needed a whole bunch of work done to prepare our home to be listed for sale, and Greg got it all done in a week. His range of skills is impressive, he did everything from HVAC work to custom carpentry to handyman-like little jobs. We are thrilled to be the first to list him on Angieslist, but we certainly won't be the last. Whether you need an entire house built, a kitchen remodeled, or a basement finished, Greg should be on your very-short list to bid the job. You can trust him in your house, and you'll be pleased with the quality of the work. He is, bar none, the best contractor we've worked with as we've prepped our home for sale.
Description of Work: Greg did a whole bunch of work to help get our home ready to list for sale: 1. Repaired drywall in garage and Master Bedroom 2. Repaired cabinet box and drawer front 3. Supplied and installed bedroom closet shelving 4. Repaired and sealed window 5. Moved HVAC supply in basement 6. Reinstalled ceiling tiles and added ceiling tiles in basement bath and hall common area 7. Miscellaneous trim elements in basement and kitchen 8. Removed four baby gate brackets 9. Supplied and installed baseboard and crown molding in basement bathroom 10. Hung 12 blinds after removing the old ones 11. Caulked around 2 outside light fixtures 12. Rehung 2 curtain rods over sliding doors 13. Replaced shelving in entrance way closet 14. Replaced mirror in master bathroom 15. Installed two new towel rods 16. Installed pipe boot on roof fixture 17. Installed wireless doorbell switch 18. Removed old alarm system keypad, sensors, and siren.
