Because we know when we make our customers happy, they come back again and again. Our business also has a lot to do with growing and developing our employees--knowing that when we give them our best, we get the best in return. It has to do with training and supporting our franchisees in any way we can so that they can take care of the customer. In the end, our business has more to do with long-term relationships than anything else. What we call "relationship marketing." Because, you see, at Merlin we focus on people, not just dollars. after oilchange 2 days prior, they took me back to show me the problem with the axels. They never pressured to have it done by them but did give us an estimate of their cost for parts and labor. My husband researched the cost for our car and talked in length with employees at Merlin. When we paid they had lowered the bill by a third since it did not take as long as estimated. They also put it back up to show us where the work was done. Very pleased with them, they were informative, never pushy and honest.
