McNally's Heating and Cooling

Spent 6000 on Lennox ac system. Install not done properly. Leaks water into my house Esteban was extremely rude to my wife and myself. Three call backs to fix problem, couldn’t figure it out. Very disappointed.

They have provided GREAT service since we've used them this year for a new AC Unit and now a new furnace. Dwayne Phebus was our technician who came out last Friday to inspect our furnace. He provided GREAT service and got our furnace up and running for the short term and walked me through our options, how old our current furnace was, etc. With his advice, we decided to not put any new parts into our 18 year old furnace not knowing how much longer it will last and instead, go with a new one. Dwayne's advice saved us from potentially throwing away about a $1K in parts on an 18 year old furnace that may not have lasted much longer. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service, advice or new equipment in the Fox Valley area.

The service was excellent . They called before they arrive and were on time. Pricing was good. The technician was very experienced, courteous and customer service oriented.

Went great and signed up for yearly contract

We received quotes from four different contractors to replace our central AC unit. McNally's was one of the most professional and ended up on the low end for price. They installed a highly rated Lennox unit for replacement and we have been very pleased with results. Since it could not be installed right away and we needed some cooling relief, they agreed to add some refrigerant to the old unit to keep it running until the new unit could be installed.

We had our upstairs unit break the first week of 80 degree weather and I am 7 months pregnant. Russ came out day off to provide us with quotes to help rush the process along. He was very professional . We purchased two units and had them installed the week of the quote. They were very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them not just for the great work they do but the customer service they have !!

Tyler and Ryan arrived on time on the day they were scheduled. They wore booties over their shoes which was a bonus. Their attitude and friendliness was awesome. They appeared to be very skilled in the line of work they were performing. I am extremely happy with how the work turned out and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Esteban was punctual and explained the steps he would be performing. He also provided future expectations for the furnace with parts that will likely need to be replaced in the next few years. We haven’t used our humidifiers in the past few years but he explained the benefits and got them up and running again. I will definitely be calling them in the spring for a/c maintenance.

We initially placed an after-hours service and the follow up and follow through were great. They explained everything thoroughly and we were never pressured to make a decision and they don't sell on fear as other companies have done to us in the past. It was really a great experience from the quote to the installation! All team members were professional, friendly and courteous. McNally's technicians treated our home respectfully and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire them again!

I made the appointment 4 days in advance because that's when the guy said they'd be in my area. The day of my appointment, no one showed up so I called. They didn't have any record of my appointment, but the lady who answered the phone said she'd dispatch someone immediately, which she did. The guy who came out told me they usually don't service my area, which made me feel like he was doing me a favor.

I am usually critical on installation and services being that I have been in the maintenance field for almost 30 years. The more I "inspect" the workmanship of the install the more I'm pleased. It is so nice to experience a company that takes pride in their work. It seems so rare these days. The price was very fair and worth every penny. Thanks Russ and the McNally team!

They are great. There were a few problems getting a hold of them. It took about an hour to complete the work. They were pretty professional and they explained everything. I'm happy overall. They cleaned up after themselves.

I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. I have used them several times and they even expanded their typical service area to come to my house. I spoke so highly of them that my Dad recently used them. During the service call my Dad fell down his basement stairs and broke his leg. The technician helped him and stayed around for over an hour until the ambulance came to make sure he was okay. Since it happened my Dad has received multiple calls from McNally's to see how he was doing, they sent him nuts & chocolates and they even ordered & delivered him a pizza one night. This is a true class act company who cares about their customers. They now have two life long customers because of their service and kindness. A huge thanks to Brian and all of your employees!!!!!

McNally's sent us a very professional and competent installation crew. They removed our old heating and cooling units and installed the new ones without even a hiccup of an incident. From the initial sales call to the installation, all communication was prompt and crystal clear. Russ, our sales agent, answered every question we had, met a competitor's price, and followed up with us after installation. The service crew did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with our new furnace, air humidifier, thermostat, and a/c unit. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their heating or cooling units.

That was very good. They were very professional, very neat and clean, the job was good and it was very nice unit that they installed.

They showed up when they said they would and they contacted me on my phone beforehand and made arrangements. They did services on the whole thing and replaced filters even though that wasn't apart of the deal.

Jon was on time and professional. He worked quickly and explained everything he did, including the condition of the a/c. He also explained why the capacitor needed replaced. Very happy with the service will use them again without a doubt.

Excellent service. I usually do not write reviews but in this case I have to.

Originally, I had scheduled the company for A/C tuneup. Before the scheduled service date, the blower motor in the furnace stopped working. So, instead of the A/C tuneup, Jon checked up on the blower motor and said that the bearings were shot and I would need to get a replacement piece. Looking at the age of the furnace, he suggested that I look into putting in a new system because it was really old. Jon explained all the different options available to me and gave me estimated pricing info. Jon was very courteous and patient in explaining all the different options. Jon also stopped by after the install to check up on a few things.

Brian (the owner) spoke with me over the phone and we finalized the things to do. He was very helpful as well.

On the day of the install, Esteban and Ryan came and went about their work. They were very courteous. They got everything done the same day and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Their pricing was competitive (not the lowest) but I was OK with paying a little extra because I felt that these guys were really knowledgeable and didn't cut corners.
