Larry returned my call the same day and arrived the next day. He repaired the dryer and it is working beautifully again. I have used this company in the past to repair my washer and my refrigerator, and all work was done completely to my satisfaction.

The problem was intermitent and of course worked fine when Larry was here the first time. Rather than just changing a random part he left and I ended up calling back a few days later when it finally died. He quickly diagnosed the problem and actually showed me how easy it was to change. Of course with my luck the new part was bad so Larry had to come out again a few days later with another new one. It wasn't his fault the new part was bad and he only charged me $20 to put it in. The part cost was $45 so I don't think he made any money on me this time. He did get a loyal customer out of the deal though.

They are very efficient and polite. They never overcharge and I would highly recommend them.

HE CAME ON TIME, FIXED THE PROBLEM, AND GAVE US TIPS ON FUTURE PURCHASES OF APPLIANCES. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.
