They were very responsive when scheduling to come out to measure and do an estimate. Kim provided carpet samples and quoted us prices for both carpet and hardwood floor installation. In the end we decided on carpet. They order their carpet from a warehouse in Georgia, and it took about a week to arrive. Installation was scheduled right away, about 10 days after we placed a deposit and ordered the carpet. The prices were competitive and the service was excellent.

Jess and his crew are amazing. From the very start Jess was prompt with returning calls and appointments. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and offered excellent guidance and advice when asked. He is flexible and helpful when it comes to making wood and color choices. Because he is so experienced, it was a great relief to work with someone who has history working with many products and who is able to offer positives and negatives to choice selections. He never wavered in his guidance and his consistency is what really firmed up with us that he was the one to do the job. His pricing is extremely competitive and he was patient when it was time to "pull the trigger" to sign the contract. We were super excited when the project was agreed upon and then when we first met his crew, wow, what great people! Very polite, considerate and genuinely nice guys to know. We never felt uncomfortable with them in our house and kind of missed them once the project was done. The outcome is beautiful!! We receive tons of compliments on our floors every time someone is over - new to the house or frequent visitors. Unequivocally, Legendary Flooring and Jess Skarda are the ones to do the job!

We had carpet installed in our family room. The owner was punctual and honest. We felt very comfortable with him. There was one glitch during installation; however owner bent over backwards to complete installation.

First of all, Jess is a great guy. Honest, and extremely good at what he does. He knows the business like the back of his hand - and isn't trying to sell you a sink-hole in Florida like some of the big highly advertised companies do.
The installation crew was amazing. Three of the nicest guys showed up in a panel van and worked like dogs for 11 hours. They presented themselves well, were polite, well spoken, and attentive to our needs. I want to invite them back for a cook-out!
My house is transformed. They moved furniture, cleaned up, and hauled away the old crappy carpet and padding. I especially appreciated them vaccuming before putting down the new.
This is the only way to fly. Jess makes sure that everything runs smoothly. He hand-picks the best installers out there and makes sure the client is satisfied from start to finish.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Jess was very knowledgable about his products. His price was very competitive and the install was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation crew were friendly, polite and moved all the furniture including a very heavy piano. The crew cleaned up their mess completely and did an excellent job. We will use them again for our family room and TV room.

We used them a couple of times near the end of the year. They are professional, prompt, they have a good crew installing stuff, and I felt safe with the people there. They were friendly and I thought they were reasonably priced. I had talked to a few other companies and their price was the best. I felt like I got the most for the money. I might give them an A- on punctuality, but that would be the only thing I would mark them lower on. They were good. I would use them again.

After calling and getting quotes from three other companies, I called Carpet Direct and spoke with Jess. He came to our home with all his samples, He spent time with my wife and I and explained all the different carpet samples he had. He was well informed of his product. We went down stairs he measured out the space I needed and was able to give me a quote on the spot! He said the first quote was his best quote, he gives the best he can right off the bat, the quality that we chose and the price he gave us beat everyone else. I made a follow up appointment, with him and he came out again, and we confirmed everything and set a date for installation.
The installation guys came by and did there thing, they were in and out in three hours. They Did a nice job and were friendly. They did a decent job of cleaning up before they left, but I did find some random staples(they use) laying on the carpet, which I picked up. ( not a big deal),
Jess called me up couple days later to see how everything was. If I had any questions or concerns. I told him everything looks and feels great! The Carpet is very comfortable I feel like I am walking on a cloud downstairs! I told him about the staple issue, and he was very apologetic towards me and said he would definately address it with the installers.( he was very thankful for the feedback I gave him)
Jess is a good honest person to deal with, he is great with follow up, he knows his product, and cares about the customer, I really appreciated that he called me after the installation to see how everthing was! And he said if i ever need anything or have any questions to call him. If you are looking for carpet definately give Jess a call to give you a quote!

Jess from Carpet Direct came to our home with samples of the color we wanted, described the difference in carpet categories (good, better, best) and worked up an estimate for the three rooms we wanted carpeted. Total price was about 40% less than what I had been looking at at a retail carpet store. I paid (they don't take credit cards) by check and the carpet was ordered. Inititally Jess stated it would be in in time for my move-date, but a day later he called to inform me that the mill was not making the carpet in time and that it would be installed three days after my move. He told me he'd keep an eye on the order and luckily the carpet came in early and was installed before we moved in!

My only "complaint" about the carpet was that for the installation the final details (door cutting/sanding, re-hanging) seemed to be done quickly in order to "get the job done". In finishing the installation one of the doors was cut unevenly.

Overally, I was still very pleased with the quality and installation of the carpet. It looks great!

Jess was very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He met me at the property to measure and give a quote and later met me at my office to choose a color for the install. These prices were by far the lowest and I'm sure it's because there was no storefront and that keeps there overhead down. The install went well too and was scheduled within a week. The transaction went perfectly and we are very happy with the carpet ! We will order from this company again as we have many rentals!!

The quality of their stainmaster carpet exceeded the expectations I was accustomed to. The price: 40% less than the big name's you come to associate with carpeting. Once our decision had been made, we scheduled the installation. I came home to find a whole new house. Not a seem to be seen. No scraps left behind. Everything in perfect order.
