It was a bit difficult in the beginning to get in touch with Key Estates but Chris had explained that they were really busy.  Once the ball got rolling they came and assessed the house contents and then came in and set up the house for the sale.  Sue was very polite and efficient.  They had tables set up with items and did a great job of displaying things. The house looked great for the sale.  Afterward they put things away and boxed up items that were out on tables.  They also provided me with a charity that would come in, at no cost, and remove items that did not sell if I wanted to go that route.  I guess my only regret is that things were priced a bit high on some things and I wondered if the costs were a bit lower if they would have sold more.  I do understand that we needed to hit the mark of $1500.00 in order to make money from the sale.

I am submitting a review for a client of mine. They are certified appraisers for selling everything in a house. They have conducted over 800 estate sales since 1997. They came two days in advance to price everything. The first day they priced all of the average stuff, and the second . This was very professional and the traffic was highly controlled. All the materials were closely watched. My client was surprised at the fact that they took care of everything. She said that she just had to walk away. My client said, I spoke to several people about her who all commented on her honesty. I also found her to be very patient and easy to work with, and would definitely recommend her to anyone.
