It has been a few weeks since we met on October 8, 2012 in your office. I have not received a subsequent email or phone call about the vanity issue.
At our last meeting, you said you would review the emails that you sent me about the issue.
Just to recap, when I received the vanity, I emailed to you the list of problems with the cabinet (including photos) but your co did not want to do any repairs until the cabinet was installed. You indicated that your crew could fix the issues (drawers not closing completely, some blemishes on the finish), however.
There was no mention that there was a "drop dead" date of any kind. A delay developed with completing the bathroom work, and the vanity remained in a corner of my dining room. Once installed, I contacted your co but never heard back. I also resent the emails with the photos of the problems. There was still no response. That is when I thought I would see if I could meet with you and did so on October 8th by driving over to your office.
I appreciate that your co was willing to replace the first cabinet with this second one. Now your co seems to be ignoring the issue and not responding to me at all. This is surprising to me.
I want to give you every opportunity to resolve the issue.
