Ideal Electric came out and gave us an estimate to balance the use of circuits in our office. We were unable to get our landlord to perform the work and decided it was worth it for us to hire and pay for our own electrician. We can now plug in a heater in one office and use a microwave in the kitchen at the same time. Thank you Scott.

He is absolutely fabulous. It was incredibly wonderful, knowing that we were in a new house and we were worried and we found the problem, he made sure that nothing else that he could get to would give us a problem. It was great. I had 4 quotes and if he was a doctor, he would've had fabulous bedside manner. He held our hand. Knowing that we were in a 40 year old house, he really held our hand and made us not worry about anything. I was scared. I was like, "At this point, we just need to get somebody out here. Write the check. I don't care what it costs, just write the check." He came in literally at like half. But I watched him. He was doing everything right. He wasn't taking short-cuts. He wasn't not working on things. He changed out several loose switches, just all kinds of things. He took his time. That's the thing. Time is money - he took his time. He knew if he hurried up, he could get some more jobs, but he didn't. He took his time. I told him he is my electrician for life. He is the owner too.
