Ziad came same day. Identified problem. Made good on 'quick fix' by previous contractor so now a permanent fix. New springs, system now doing what it should so. Set and forget. Good guy, great service.

I described the issues to Ziad over the phone. He sent Patrick to help us that afternoon. Patrick indicated this happens with some doors. He noted there was no strut spanning the middle of this door (there was one spanning the top of the door). He added a 16' strut to the center which fixed the buckling. He also checked the entire door and tweaked a few things (removed some slack in one of the safety cables, adjusted the close limit switch for the opener, installed a few missing bolts, etc). He said it would take him about 30 minutes to do the work, and that's about what it took. Patrick was polite, answered my questions in plain English, and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for anything more.

We have had these guys out several times to fix various things on our garage-door opener and on our old garage door. They always responded very quickly and were eager to do all they could to get us up and running again as soon as possible. So when we wanted a new garage door, we immediately turned to them. We were given a great price, and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need (such as thicker insulation on the door). They installation went smoothly, and looks perfect. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend, and they will continue to be our go-to guys for garage doors.

I called the Garage Door Guys this morning when we discovered that a spring was broken on our garage door.  They gave me a quote over the phone and sent someone out within an hour and fixed it.  Upon his arrival, the technician found that we had 2 broken springs and he replaced them both and lubricated the door.  It sounds like a new door.  He also adjusted (at no charge) the electric eye on the third bay and had it up and running again. I would definitely use the Garage Door Guys again!

The company was very responsive and arrived within a half hour of calling them.  The service man was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He told me of my various options and their costs.   He even saw that two light bulbs in my garage were out (nothing to do with my garage door) and he replaced them for me.  The quality of his work was excellent and at a reasonable cost.  I would definitely use this company again.

Contacted the Gararge Door Guys about a broken garage door spring and was given an estimate over the phone and Ziad was able to be at our house within an hour of the initial call. After looking at the springs/door Ziad recommended using a larger spring as he felt the current was not appropriate for the size/weight of the garage door. Great recommendation! The door is much easier to use now and puts less stress on the automatic opener. Ziad also made some other adjustments to make the door close fully, which it hadn't before. Ziad did a great job and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend their service.

I had purchased a and quot;special saleand quot; garage door opener from a big box store. I called the Garage Door Guys to install it and they said I would have a lot of trouble with that brand and suggested other brands with better service records. After I researched my purchase and saw it did not have favorable reviews, I returned it and bought one of the suggested openers. The Garage Door Guys did not pressure me into buying an opener through them, but were very willing to work with my purchase. They were prompt, professional, and removed old opener and packaging materials when they left.

Did research on garage door repair companies, many were not even willing to call bk. Found this co. and talked w/Ziad who responded almost immediately. Came out looked at the door and said no problem, I will schedule my guy to come out and fix it. We had thought we would probably need to get a new door. But Ziad reassured us that was not the case, it could be repaired quite easily. His service man came out and repaired the door within about 2-3 hrs. He also was able to reprogram the garage door openers for us. All in all we are very happy w/this co. and would use them without a doubt again. Ziad was very easy to work with and very good about responding to all of our calls.

Went great. I actually had two experiences with them ... on New Year's Eve day, the cable snapped and the garage was wobbly. I called him around lunch, and he was there in a few hours and was able to fix it without requiring any new parts. I didn't expect it so quickly, especially on the eve of a holiday.
I then purchased a new opener, and asked him to install. It was easy, he came and did the install on a Friday, and then came back the next day to help make sure I knew how to program and maintain it. He also used his own stronger materials for the install (as opposed to the cheaper ones that come in the box). He even grabbed a snow shovel and chipped away at the ice underneath the garage door so it didn't affect it's ability to function optimally. Went far beyond my expectations.
Very thourough, very detailed, and responded very quickly. Price was very reasonable and affordable, and I would recommend them and use them again.

My wife just had an emergency hospital visit that we just arrived from when I shut the door the spring popped. I tried to get the door back up because we have another procedure scheduled in the morning. I quickly became aware that the door was not going to come up so I quickly got on angie's list and found Garage Door Guys. I spoke to Ziad and informed him of the situation and he said he would get one of his guys out here as it was about 7:00 PM on DEC 23. His guys were not available so he took the time to drive out to our homei 30 minutes and repair the door so we could make our hospital surgery in the morning. He installed new springs but was not happy with the way the door was operating so he spent another 45 minutes removing and replacing yet another set of springs. He reprogrammed my garage door and made a couple of adjustments to the door opener and I am extremely pleased with his attention to detail. I needed a respectable business to come and quickly address my problem on the night before Christmas Eve and I give Garage Door Guys my highest approval for anyone who needs a garage door fixed or repaired.

Very well. I called at 8am and they were able to come out, by 9:30am. They looked at the door and determined I needed a
conversion kit for the springs (Wayne Dalon doors uses a special spring system). They came back in the afternoon, because
they did not have the conversion kit, and the job was done by 4:00pm. I am very happy with the work and the speed they
were able to complete the job.

A spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday morning, we were leaving for a short vacation that day, we had a contractor working on our house and he is storing his tools in our garage, he must have access to the garage. I called Ziad at Garage Door Guys at about 10:30 am Sunday morning, he answered the phone immediately. I explained my problem to him, he said he would call me back around 12:30 he called back before noon and said he would be here within an hour. Ziad arrived promptly repaired the door better then it has been for years and charged me a MORE then reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough! If more businesses did business his way we would all be better off. Angie really needs a rating higher then an A like A+++.

One side cable broke, jamming the garage door at an angle. Garage Door Guys came in the evening, unjammed the door, and replaced both lift cables with higher quality replacement parts. They checked the door operation and and lubricated the door. Grateful they could come on a busy evening on short notice, and the charges were nominal.

I was very pleased with the service. I called on Monday, 1/14 and scheduled the appointment for Wednesday, 1/16. The technician arrived on time and replaced the springs in under an hour. I would certainly call them again should I have any future problems. I felt the price was fair.

It went very well, prompt and quick. I was shocked at the price of spring replacement, but it was still worth having a professional come out and replace the springs instead of my husband attempting it himself.

They answered the phone immediately on a Saturday and were to the house in 30 minutes. Very professional and customer service oriented. Fixed everything quickly, checked and re-checked the door. Price was extremely reasonable for a Saturday house call. Would definitely use them again!
