Description of Work: LEFT PHONE MESSAGE FOR ESTIMATE ON INSTALLING PATIO. OWNER DALE GALIS CALLED BACK A WEEK LATER TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. GALIS SET DATE AND TIME FOR ESTIMATE AT HIS CONVENIENCE. HE DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. I LEFT HIM PHONE MESSAGE REMINDING HIM OF APPOINTMENT. HE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL.
