During the summer of 2009, their service was pretty good. They did as they promised, on time. They did not perform any extra services, nor try to upsell to these services. However, at the beginning of the 2010 season, I informed them that we would not need their services. We contracted with a different service at a lower price. In August, Four Seasons sent us a bill for the summer. When I called to enquire, and tell them that we had not contracted for their services, they threatened to send me to collections, which they did. Their bill states that they have been to our yard every Saturday, but throughout the summer, there was never anybody that showed. I submitted a report to BBB, but they did not even respond. I disputed the charge with the collection agency, and have not heard back.
