EUROQUIPE

I have worked with Kent and his team since I bought my '05 996 Turbo, and I have experienced nothing but fantastic service. Not only did I have them go over the car from top to bottom when I first got the car in 2011, but they have continued to give me great service and advice.

They found a few small things when I first brought it to them which they fixed at for a very reasonable price. I recently brought the car to them to prepare for sale, including an automatic spoiler which was working intermittently and from all I had read I was expecting a nasty bill. Instead of taking advantage of a novice Porsche owner and replacing the actuators to the tune of $1,500, they found that the culprit was the $25 relay which they ordered from the east coast and had installed in 2 days. They also noticed that the inside of the rear tires were beginning to show sign of serious wear ( I guess I've been at it to hard lately), and was able to negotiate a great price to put new rubber on all corners.

I like the fact that when they have my car overnight, they keep it inside to ensure that it is safe and sound from the elements as well as the potential bad elements.

When I buy another import, I will go directly to Euroquipe for everything including the pre-purchase. In the small world or exotic imports, things can get pricey in a hurry, and I trust Kent and his crew to give solid advice, quality work, and reasonable prices.

This is the second time I have had work to my car done at Euroquipe. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, punctuality, and efficient service. The first time, I described the problem I was having and Kent knew, from his many years of experience, exactly what needed to be done. And explained it in layman's terms but very detailed and thorough, why the car was having trouble and what needed to be done to fix it. I just recently had them replace an engine pulley that was making noise. And, they were able to do the repair at last minutes notice, and quickly. This is my new repair shop of choice. And have told many friends about them, as well.

I I have been going to Euroquipe since 2008 when my factory warranty expired. I had very good service until perhaps the last year. Even in the last year, Euroquipe typically got the 'big' things right, but started to perform what can only be called sloppy work on the details. For example, twice I have had service performed, only to have to turn around in the parking lot to get the service indicator reset. Most recently, I spent $129 to have them diagnose three minor issues. One was to figure out why my trunk wouldn't open. They told me after running "tests" ("Actuated trunk lock motor with diagnostic tool - actuator receiving electrical signal but not moving - internal fault in actuator - will require replacement") I would require a new trunk latch motor ($400), and ordered the part. When I received the car back, all the trunk trim was loose, having not been reinstalled. They called and apologized, though. I returned to the shop, only to discover they ordered the wrong trunk latch motor part. They sent me away again, saying they reinstalled the trunk trim, though they only reinstalled some of the trim (I still have a few trim pieces in a plastic bag in my trunk). While waiting for the correct motor, I was looking through my CDs in the armrest glove box, and discovered a switch to disable the remote trunk operation had been turned on. I flipped the switch, and the trunk remote works just fine. So much for the $54 in trunk 'tests', and the time for my two futile visits.

When I first called and described the work needed, they gave me a worst case estimate of $590.00. It turned out to be much less and the work was performed in a top notch and timely manner. The place is clean and the guys at the front desk are helpful and explained everything in detail. We will happily return.

Took it to Euroquipe on the recommendation of a friend and they told me it was a rare odd thing which I can't remember. But they fixed it quickly. Service was excellent, personable and courteous. As a woman I am always nervous about my auto ignorance, but I am happy with the service I get at Euroquipe every time.

Parking brake light came on again within days of being fixed. Euroquipe rented me a car (their expense) fixed the problem at no additional charge - they stand behind their work.

I had the same issue six months prior and took my car to a reputable dealer (who I'd been rather happy with quality of service in the past). The issue mysteriously vanished for a number of months, so I didn't get it repaired. When it came back, I visited Euroquip. I got a very thorough explanation of the possible problems, the steps they needed to take, and the possible outcome from each (better than dealer). They were very professional and knowledgeable. They correctly repaired the problem, and did it within the time and dollar estimate I was given at the outset. Finally, the price was at least $250 less than the dealer! I cannot recommend Euroquip highly enough. I'll be back the next time my car needs service.

Euroquipe does excellent work on foreign cars. use them for all of my service and maintenance and repairs. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They treat you with respect and they are professional and courteous. I'm totally happy with the prices here.

I like this company because of their customer service. They have a very individualized relationship with their clients. Their prices are very competitive, and I feel I m getting a good deal for the money I spend on car services.
