Veterinarians
My wife (Patricia) and I took our 20+ year old cat to be euthanized on July 17, 2022. The cat, unfortunately, was in very poor health. Patricia requested, and paid for, private cremation with ashes and paw print to be returned to us. No call was forthcoming from the vet to pick up the ashes and paw print. Today, my wife received the news that the ashes has been tossed in the garbage - the receptionist said "sorry". The cat was part of our family for over 20 years. She deserved more that her ashes tossed in the garbage. We are very disappointed with the service we received from the veterinary emergency clinic. The clinic did not even bother to refund the EXTRA charge for the private cremation. This has ruined our night and has been very stressful for my wife. The veterinary clinic needs to resolve this situation
