 + -1 moreWe had Tim Kent come out and look over the system and he recommended new plates for the outlets and in the store, he showed us all of the different vacuums they sell. He was very knowledgeable about the system, giving us options for the built in system and the vacuums. Tim is very punctual, professional and good at his occupation. He truly enjoys what he does and he was great to work with. We will be calling him any time we have a problem with our vacuum.
Description of Work: We purchased a house in March and it was equipped with a central vacuum system that was outdated and most of the vacuum accessories were missing.

 + -1 moreWe brought our Miele vacuum into Best Vac for repair. It took about a week to repair and they fixed it up and it runs perfectly.
Description of Work: Miele vacuum was no longer running properly. It would short out and was very loud. Had multiple issues. They replaced and repaired various parts.
