The entire process of selling our home and buying a new one was really easy with Kelly's help.  She detailed every aspect of each stage of selling our home without overloading us with too much information.  She was always available to answer questions, and was quick to pass on feedback from potential buyers.  She was always gave us her honest opinion, too.  Once we had an offer, she was ready again to walk us through the steps and all the paperwork for accepting the offer and making our own offer on a house.  Kelly was always prepared for anything that came up and helped us handle all the situations we came across; she made the entire process go as smoothly as possible.

Our interaction with them has been very good. They are professional and have good communication. There is a lot of handholding and help. It is our first time as sellers. They have been doing a pretty good job of walking us through the process and keeping us up-to-date on how everything is going on. The feedback is very good. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

She was very patient. She located over 100 homes and researched every house to find out the problems. When I put a bid on a house, she actually fought for the price. She went back and forth with the people and woke them up in the middle of the night to get codes to get in houses. I would call her on a Saturday and by Sunday, I was seeing four or five houses. She showed me over 25 houses. She gave me great detailed listings. She was very nice to work with. She has sold and found homes for my family and friends. She is a busy, little lady.
