I worked with Ian. He came in with the lowest bid of three we got, and all the companies were evenly matched on Angie's List so we went with it. Ian was professional on the phone, easy to work with, easy to set up an appointment. On the day, he was ahead of schedule and called me to let me know he could be there early. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up afterward, the patches look good and the concrete is back to how it should be. Nice job, thanks, B&B.

It went great except we had it set up for an 8am start and they put another job ahead of us and never let us know. When they did show up they did a great job. Better communication would have given them straight A's
