Joe was easy to work with. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Joe explained what most likely caused my furnace to stop functioning and showed me what to do should it happen in the future. I will recommend Joe to family and friends as he is very professional. Thank you for coming out on short notice to get us heat again.

I used Amerikool on a condo that I currently own. They have always been responsive in getting back. The one really nice thing is I haven't there and they have been really good about working with my tenants when they are available.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT JOE AT AMERIKOOL. THIS PROBLEM WAS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO TO RECREATE IT WHEN JOE WAS AT THE HOUSE. HE MADE SEVERAL TRIPS OUT TO TRY DIFFERENT THINGS TO RULE OUT PROBLEMS. EACH TIME, HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, KEPT ME INFORMED ON HIS PROGRESS, AND ANSWERED EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I HAD. THE ISSUE ENDED UP BEING AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, BUT HE WORKED VERY HARD TO RULE OUT ALL THE POSSIBILITIES BEFORE INSTRUCTING ME TO CONTACT AN ELECTRICIAN.

JOE HAS BEEN SERVICEMAN FOR LAST FOUR YEARS. VERY GOOD. ON TIME/PUNCTUAL. PERSONABLE. HONEST. PRICE IS VERY GOOD -- HAVE CHECKED OUT SIMILAR SERVICES AND THEIR SPECIAL PRICES ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH.
