We repair all types of clocks. We make house calls for grandfather clocks in the morning (8am-11am) and in the evening (6pm-8pm). Note: I am very sorry but I do not have the ability to call back every prospective client because I am a 1 person shop. There is just not enough time in a day. That's why I have no voicemail. If I am in the shop I will answer the telephone. When your clock is finished I will call you. I'm of the age that I am not computer proficient and do not respond by email either. I am a 2nd generation clock maker. My father learn the trade and taught me. I have been doing this for over 44 years. I am certified through the American Watchmakers - Clockmakers Institute. Unfortunately it does take a long time to fix a clock. Once I fix a clock I run the clock through a test for 2 weeks. Sometimes it fails during those 2 weeks and I have to go back and re-fix it. "To the Public, [Member Name Removed] is correct on 2 things in his review. One, it does take some time to fix a clock. After I fix the clock I run it through a 2-week test. Many times the clock fails and I have to fix it again. It fails for many reasons. Two, I do not have voicemail at my clock shop. I am a 1 person clock repair person. There is not enough time in the day. I am sorry but this is where I am at. I can not afford a person at this time. I am of the age I am not computer proficient either and do not respond by email. If I am in clock shop I will answer the telephone. Once the clock is repaired and been put through the 2 -week test I will call the customer to inform them the clock is done. I am a 2nd generation clockmaker. My father taught me and I have been doing this for over 44 years. [Member Name Removed] is incorrect in the last line when he says "I rushed through the job and cleaned and oiled an antique cuckoo clock ALL while he waited." I can not, and do not, clean and oil an cuckoo clock while he waited because it takes too darn long. It's just not possible.
