This was a home warranty service with a deductible of 100 dollars. With the amount of work done it may have been cheaper, but because they knew how much my deductible was, the cost was conveniently 100. The technician was on time and pleasant while in our home. He was careful not to track snow in do to the winter weather. He checked all components and cleaned the temperature sensors. He couldn't find anything specific wrong, but what he did worked and the oven has maintained the proper temperature since his visit.

We called the central office to straighten the situation out and reschedule. We were then told that they would not do business with us. What a complete waste of time. Mean while out washing machine is still broke. The lack of professionalism was a shock. If you don't want to service your customer then please go out of business and don't waste people's time.

We are flabbergasted at this man's attitude--no sympathy to us for us having an expensive 4 month old new range that is totally non functional. Just turns and leaves. Obviously he is having a bad day--but this leaves us having to call someone else and waiting more days rangeless. Just waiting is getting expensive-- If he didn't want to do a repair on a range still under warranty, he should have said so instead of wasting our time.

Replaced cracked drain assembly under manufacturer warranty. They did not have the replacement part in stock, so they did a temporary fix to stop the leak until the replacement part arrived. They were very professional and courteous and I would use them again.

He was professional, courteous, honest and fair with his prices. Even though he was very busy, he came by the same day and was highly knowledgeable about how to repair it. I got some great professional advice and I will use him for all my future appliance repairs. Excellent service at a reasonable price!

He was very good and reasonable. He was honest and straightforward. He charged me the service call and said that it might last 10 minutes, an hour or a year. He fixed it and I haven't had a problem since. It was all covered in the service call. The refrigerator is still working. It was really cheap compared to some of the other providers. He said what he could do and it was all included in the original price to come out and look at it, which made me very happy. They were very responsive and called right away. They came out as soon as they could to look at it. They were very professional and neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They were awesome. They were on time. There was one day they said they were going to be a little late and they were on time anyway. They were very considerate of the consumer.

Aldo came out when scheduled, called a half-hour before as promised, was polite, appeared to solve my issue (I won't be sure until I see the fridge stays cool over an extended period), and was more than fair in giving me some value-add given that I had an easily solved-problem but he had to charge for a service visit.

Our stove broke down in July and our home warrenty insurance sent out this guy, Mike, which turn out to be my worst nightmare!!! He came in the first time was nice and friendly - but that was it! The next time he came in - he had to order a part. A few weeks past by and still no call from him, so I called back. He said he will come in next Friday - I waited all day for him, but he turned out to be a no show!!! So, I called them again and he eventually came out, but said he forgot a part!!! So, he had to come back. He was a "no-show" a couple of times after that as well. Then eventually he came back, and guess what - HE FORGOT A PART AGAIN!!!! Are you kidding me!!! Then he said he will be back in two days - guess what!!! He was a no show!!! So I called and told him that I don't have any patient with him anymore - it's been 3 and something months for cry out loud - but he never came back and finished off the work. My guess is that this company or Mike has no idea how to fix the issue we have with our stove! We now of course in the process of reporting him, Mike, to the homewarrenty company insurance and will see what happens. If you hired him or got him through your homewarrenty insurance - my heart goes out to you! You probably won't have whatever it is fixed anytime soon!

Two separate $100 service calls which were covered under HWA home insurance. Mike diagnosed the garbage disposal leak saying we needed a new unit. He returned and installed it in less than two hours and we have had no problems. The other time we needed a microwave door hinge support and light bulb replacement (it wouldn't just unscrew - you had to disassemble part of the microwave unit-unbelievable!). Although it took a few weeks for the parts to come in, Mike came and fixed both parts in less than an hour. Only complaint was there was a discrepancy about what was covered by my policy, so I had to pay Aldo and then get reimbursed for the cost of the bulb.

Was referred to this company from my home warranty. My stove's ignite would not turn off on a stove that was very new. Technician showed up on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, we had to wait a week for the replacement part. however, in the meantime he did reconfigure the unit so we could at least use the cook top. On his return he replaced the part and was done in less than 30 minutes.
