ADVANCED COUNTERTOPS & CABINET

Initially they were very accommodating.  But had a problem with the back splash separating from the countertop since the countertop was not leveled during installation. This was corrected but after several weeks, the point where backsplash meets countertop has separated and now I get to look at an ugly gray line.

They did not put proper ventilation in for the exhaust for the stove and microwave.  The electrician did not get the electricity up to date either.  They came back out to take care of problems with the wiring, but still did not get it taken care of as I requested and he cut off the chain to the fan so we cannot change the fan direction.  The cabinet doors do not close properly and they are not seamed correctly to match when they are closed . Where the countertop and backsplash meet, the seam was not closed either.

The lighting installed in our master bathroom was done wrong also.   They also installed the wrong color of corian on the ceiling and walls in our bathroom and when asked about this they said they would not come out to fix it.  The bathtub was replaced with a whirpool tub and the threshold of this was not sealed to look right.

We had a generator installed by another company before all work was done by advanced countertops that worked well when the power went out, but After all of this work was performed we have had many electrical problems throughout the whole house.

 I asked for detailed pictures for before and after all of the work and never received those for the bathroom or kitchen.
