I was told by Ruthie, it was prom season and it would be two weeks. I called almost three weeks later and they were not ready. I was told one more week and she make them a priority. I called after not hearing 10 days later, I was told now it was wedding season and it would be soon. I went in and got the pants. Very sweet woman but not helpful to me.

When I first brought the 2 garments to Ruthie for alterations, she let me know there would be no problem having them completed by in a week (for a wedding we were attending on Sunday). On Thursday she called to let me know she had a death in the family and would need to go out of town. At first while listening to the message I was afraid I would need to find a rushed alternative, but she assured me she would have everything complete before she left. As it turned out, she even finished early and I picked the garments up Thursday evening. Everything was perfect - Ruthie is a true professional who produces fantastic results. I will definitely seek her out again for future alterations.

My daughter bought a dress for homecoming, but it just wasn't hanging right. The dress had a lot of gathering, but Ruthie took the side seem apart and reworked it so that it fit perfectly. She also straightened a crooked hem. My daughter and I were extremely happy with her work. She has a ton of experience and is a perfectionist who makes you feel welcome. I expected to have a huge bill when done, but her prices are very reasonable.
