"I was hired by a realtor to fix problems on an inspection report. The realtor handled finding a company to conduct the repairs. I received this phone call while vacationing and didn't have the information with me. I did tell her I didn't think she needed a itemized bill. I eventually told her I'd get her one when I returned from vacation but she'd have to wait. Then I was told to never mind. I rounded down my cost to an even 700 because house was previously owned by her mother who was a friend."
"Thank you John for your review and feedback. I really appreciate your time."
"Thank You sir for your kind comments. I enjoyed being able to help you."
"Thanks, Lavonne and Kelly, for your kind comments. This was a long term project: from late May to Mid August. Completely rewired home with the relocation of the electrical panel. Rip out and install of walls and floors. Installed new flooring throughout the house, hung all interior and exterior doors, and painted and installed all trim work. Tiled shower."
"Thank you Kenneth for your review and kind comments. Wired and installed GFCI outlet."

"Thank you Janet, that is very kind to say! Installed a H-Frame with 200 amp enclosure, meter and disconnect box combo, and on back side installed and wired in a camper box with 50/30/20 amp outlets."
"Thank you Cathy! On the electrical side of this installation, 3 new circuits were required to be run; fortunately, the crawl space was spacious enough to ease the installation process. Install required 2 additional kitchen, GFCI protected circuits, new Dryer circuit, additional outlets installed, new lighting, and clean up attic wiring to improve wire runs and efficiency."
"Thank you Jody! This was a challenging remodel. Basically built a 400 sq ft studio apartment,, customer called it her "She-Shed". Relocated electrical panel and provided all new wiring for all lighting and outlets. Space had full kitchen and full bathroom. Most challenging was the Gas operated tankless water heater and the plumbing for bathroom and kitchen."
"Thank you JIm! This was an entire house installation. Installed new 200 amp service and wired all outlets and lighting in the house. Wired in subpanel in garage and additional lighting and outlets."
