Vivi's Maids

Yoselin and Rocio both worked for about 6 hours on our house today for what we thought might be a one time cleaning. Having seen their beautiful work, we will be asking them back for regular bi-weekly cleaning. The house has never looked better, spotless from the ground up. These girls work very hard, and couldn’t be sweeter. They even wore Covid masks all day, and were very mindful of social distances. But they smiled with their eyes in a way that made us glad to have them in our home. Highly recommended, you won’t be sorry you called them.

Rosie and Yoselin did an excellent job cleaning entire house top to bottom to prepare for sale. They were prompt and didn’t stop once they started. I highly recommend this mother - daughter team !

Very good and complete

This was the second time we’ve used Vivi’s Maids and, like the first time, the service was outstanding. Today’s cleaning was a last-minute request — only 24 hours before we needed them — and the response was swift and friendly. They do an amazing job, and I am happy to be a repeat customer.

First their estimate was very reasonable and fair. When they came out they were prompt, arriving just before the scheduled appointment. Had all cleaning supplies and machines to do everything we asked them to do. They ending up doing more than we asked. They were there for 5 hours. Did entire house including outside/inside windows. They cleaned light fixtures. They knew just what to do. It was a mother and 2 daughters team. They cleaned all three floors and the basement and porch. We have already recommended them to others. We would give them an A+.

They were on time, the work was of high quality, and all interactions were very professional.

Yoselin was extremely professional on the phone and was able to give me an estimate by looking at the property online. She arrived with her two coworkers a few minutes ahead of the appointment time, and even sent a text to let me know they were on their way. The three of them worked efficiently and hard and left the house looking much cleaner and smelling terrific. The realtor had a showing a couple of days later and commented to me how nice the house looked and smelled. All of the communication was handled very professionally. The cleaning was meticulous, and all three of the crew were friendly, careful with the house, and very hard working. I would feel very comfortable hiring them again.
